The CHOXHOE bar was created when we ran a competition to invent an artisan chocolate bar for Coxhoe, the village where La Chocolatrice is based ✨
The winning chocolate bar was invented by a clever chap called Graham Tatters and handmade by our talented chocolatiers here at La Choc.
The CHOXHOE Bar uses delicious artisan chocolate to tell the story of Coxhoe and its mining heritage: the handmade white bar represents limestone, with cookie pieces throughout to represent coal. Finally, this wonderful artisan chocolate bar is topped with milk chocolate stripes to represent railway sleepers.

INGREDIENTS
Cocoa butter (28%), sugar, whole milk powder, natural vanilla flavouring, emulsifier: soya lecithin, cocoa mass Oreo Crumb: Wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, rapeseed oil, fat reduced cocoa powder 4.3%, wheat starch, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agent (ammonium carbonates, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonates), salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), acidity regulators (sodium hydroxide), flavouring.
